Registration Fees and Payment Information:
Early Registration Fees (Prior to June 1^st):  New student fee is $795.  Fees for refresher students are $395.  After June 1^st registration fees increase by $200 each.  If you have a CPS account, you will be billed when your registration is received.  Otherwise, your registration is not confirmed until we have received payment for your registration fee.  For payment by credit card or check please call Maria Cartagena at (239) 369-9806.  Your registration fee does not include the cost of your hotel room.  Please call the Westin Key West Resort & Marina direct to reserve your room at (305) 294-4000 and ask for the CPS group rate.  Questions?  Contact Maria Cartagena at (239) 369-9806 or e-mail at maria.cartagena@cpsagu.com

Cancellation Policy:
This course fills up quickly each year, and we end up turning away persons.  You may cancel and receive a full refund until July 3^rd, 2009.  After that point, you may change attendees but you will not receive a refund for registration fees.  You must call the hotel directly to cancel your room.

Hotel Information:
The seminar is being held at the Westin Key West Resort & Marina. Without question, one of the finest resorts in the Florida Keys.  Located waterfront on the pier, you can enjoy a stunning sunset and all the nightly entertainment without leaving the hotel.  Key West’s nightly sunset celebration is world famous and occurs on the Westin pier.  All meetings and functions will be held at the Westin, so students are strongly recommended to stay at the Westin.  Our group rate at the Westin is $199 per night, a $65 per night savings off their normal rate.  To reserve your room, call Westin reservations at (305) 294-4000 and ask for the CPS group rate.  Please confirm that your rate is $199 with the reservations.  Our rate is valid for three days before and after the seminar.  There are a limited number of rooms so reserve your room early!
