Yearly dues are $125.00 per Representative from each Company.  Multiple members are allowed, but each Representative must be a paid member to participate in Meetings, Golf, etc.  There will be no substitutions.  If a paid Representative leaves your Company and a new person is hired, a new Membership must be applied for.

Please complete a form for each Representative from your Company.  Monthly mailings and Directory information will be directed as indicated below.  Dues must be paid by July 1, 2008.
