Yearly dues are $135.00 per Representative from each Company.  Multiple members are allowed, but each Representative must be a paid member to participate in Meetings, Golf, etc.  There will be no substitutions.  If a paid Representative leaves your Company and a new person is hired, a new Membership must be applied for.

Please complete a form for each Representative from your Company.  Monthly mailings and Directory information will be directed as indicated below.  Dues must be paid by July 1, 2010.  If your dues are received after the deadline, it is very possible that you will not be included in the NFGCSA directory.  No Board member shall accept dues.
