Go to the EPA Website: http://www.epa.gov/oppsrrd1/reregistration/soil_fumigants/ and click on How to Comment. Then go to the Fumigant Docket you wish to comment on and click (open).

Once opened go through the pages and find the docket item for the July 16, 2008, Federal Register Notice announcing and soliciting comment on the fumigant REDs. In the far right column titled Add Comments, select the yellow balloon icon and follow on-screen directions. This icon will only be functional during the comment period. Comments and letters can be attached here.

Let them know that our safe and affordable food supply depends on U.S. growers being able to produce our own food. Our agriculture economy depends on our ability to be able to fumigate and we need reasonable and rational regulations for soil fumigants. Address letters to Stephen L. Johnson USEPA and copy the other agencies listed below. Also send a copy of your letter to the U. S. Senator and member of the House of Representatives representing your area.
